Yes. During your in-store consultation, we’ll help you organize your preferences based on what you know at this point and provide guidance. If you’re unsure, please let us know the age of the person who will be the focus of the photos and the time of year you’d like to have the photos taken.
Can my family and siblings come along for the consultation?
Yes. Please let us know the number of family members, siblings, and grandparents who will be attending when you make your reservation so that we can assist you more efficiently.
Can I discuss bringing my own costumes or renting them?
Yes. You can discuss any costumes or accessories you plan to bring, as well as any rental requests, during your in-store consultation.
How do I change or cancel my reservation?
Please call the store as soon as you know. Since conditions vary depending on the nature of the shoot, we will provide you with specific details on a case-by-case basis.
Will the photography fees and package details be finalized with this reservation?
In-store consultations are free of charge. We will provide details on photography fees, attire, data, and photo products after discussing your preferences.
