- Reservations and Cancellations
- Reservations for photo shoots must be made in advance. Cancellations must be notified at least 0 days prior to the shooting date. Cancellations made after that date may incur a cancellation fee.
- About Fees
- Details of fees for services provided will be provided in advance and invoiced according to the agreed upon details. Payment of fees must be completed by the date of the shoot.
- Handling of Personal Information
- Personal information collected will be used to provide services and respond to inquiries, and will be strictly controlled. For details, please see our Privacy Policy.
- Photo copyright
- The copyright of the photographs taken belongs to Studio Reimei. Clients may use the photos for personal use, but permission is required for commercial use or providing them to third parties.
- Prohibitions
- Dangerous behavior in the studio or any activity that may cause damage to the facility is prohibited. Please also refrain from disturbing other customers.
- Disclaimer
- The studio is not responsible for any accidents or problems that occur during the shooting or in the studio. However, this excludes cases of negligence on the part of the studio.
